This is the Field Guide that launched our very own yarn. Erika Knight welcomed our brand-new Atlas yarn with open arms and created five designs that make the most of our U.S.-made, 100% Rambouillet yarn.
In particular, the Escalator Scarf is a spectacular project—artful cables twisting and turning, at a fantastic scale. The pattern calls for 8 skeins of Atlas, though we can imagine it at 5 or 6 skeins as well. See all the specs here.
It’s so fun, this design. Stitches are deliberately dropped, such a magic trick. And the Escalator Scarf feels lush and delicious in this soft Atlas yarn.
