Page 13: The charts for the yoke and sleeve show purl stitches at certain points. To replicate the photography sample exactly, the purl stitches should be worked one row above where they are indicated on the charts. Change the charts as follows: make a purl mark in the square above the square where a purl stitch is shown. The squares with the original purl stitches should be worked as knit stitches.
Page 13: For the yoke chart, use this chart for Rounds 24-39. The double decrease in Round 24 is different from what appears in Field Guide No. 2. Note here that the symbol / represents a knit 2 together stitch. (The symbol is different in the Field Guide, but the stitch is k2tog.)

Watercolor Cowl by Kaffe Fassett
Page 8, under “Knitted Measurements,” column 1, should read:
37.5″ circumference at lower edge by 9.25″ height (95.5 x 23.5cm)
Page 9, under “Cowl,” column 1, third instruction should read:
—Work even until piece measures approximately 28″ (71cm), ending with Row 16 of chart.
The vertical measurement of the schematic should read: 28″ (71 cm)
The position of the CO and BO edges were reversed in the schematic on page 9 (and above). To match the sample shown, the CO edge should be at the top when sewing the piece together and the BO edge should be at the bottom. However, it isn’t essential to have the CO edge at the top; it will work equally well as currently shown.
Shift Row B instructions should read:
Shift Row B (RS, BC): Work to Marker B, sm, sl1-yo, p1, sl1-yo, BRP, work to last stitch, sl1wyif. Drop BC; turn.
