  • Lunenburg!

    • Shakerag top is my favorite.

  • She has so many excellent designs it’s hard to choose just one. But that Albers Shawl in Watercolor is divine.

  • Love the Albers shawl! I have been eyeing it since “Field Guide 6:Transparency” was published!

  • Felix: either or!!!!

  • Tough choice, but Calibash is pretty nice!

  • OMG that Pressed Flower Shawl is GORGEOUS!!!! So as I began looking thru other patterns by her I just had to stop & say the Pressed Flower Cardigan!!! I made Beals quite some time ago, & quite likely others…

  • Your shawl is beautiful, and I love so many of Amy’s designs, but what made me gasp out loud is that I was traveling yesterday and completely forgot to Wordle. Back to 1.

    • Love so many of her designs! I have made several, most recently the Felix pullover. Albers shawl is now on the top of my favorites list. Looking forward to casting on!

  • A few minutes after speaking with you lovely ladies at Rhinebeck Sheep n Wool, I meet Amy! She was wearing her pressed flowers. I have to say in person to see it is unbelievably beautiful! Seeing it in pictures, I was not as impressed. So pressed flowers for sure! And it’s in my cue right after holiday knitting is completed!

  • I just cast on a pressed flowers hat last night!

  • Felix cardigan!

  • I have not knit any of Amy’s designs yet, but the Cockleshell Cardigan and the Windsor Cardi are both in my favorites.

  • What a creative eye!! It’s beautiful with the black contrasting the “dreamy” colorful flowers.
    You’ve inspired me!!

  • My favorite pattern is the Lunenburg Pullover.

  • Pressed flowers cardigan…on my ever-lengthening to knit list!!

  • Felix cardigan but pressed flowers is a close second.

  • Oh dear, how to choose? I love Pressed Flowers, but then—oh look! Kidsilk Haze! For today it’s gonna be the Albers Shawl!

  • It’s very hard to decide, but I think it’s Pressed Flowers by a slim margin over Albers and Felix.

  • Pressed flowers hat!

  • I love anything With the Pressed Flowers design and would love to knit the Albers Shawl sometime in the new year.

  • She has designed a number of fair isle yoked sweaters— my favorite (it’s hard to choose!) is Grouse Creek.

  • I love so many of her designs. The cardigan Ausable is my favorite… I purchased the yarn and am ready this winter to get started… I do love how you guys keep showing us a new spin on a pattern, as new yarn emerges! You guys do a wonderful job of showing us so many possibilities! Thanks

  • The Lundenberg pullover is my favorite. Beautiful yoke!

  • I have Knitted a couple of her designs. One that I like to wear is Lovage.

  • My Shakerag sweater is my favorite summer top. I knit it in a delightful orange, not a shocking loud orange but a pretty clementine orange. I wear it a lot and it is a perfect fit. So I must choose this one, which wasn’t an easy choice!

  • Gosh, so many. I’ve made a list of eight, including Shakerag (which I may attempt someday in a solid version). I can see the beauty of Pressed Flowers especially in those Atlas yarns. That is an artist who chose those colors what with all those bright greens and other vivid shades pushing for attention. But my first Christoffers love was the Laurel cardigan. I love the placement of the cable motif, the fit, the just-enough drape, the length. It hit all my fit and flattery requirements plus it was interesting.

  • Cali blanket really speaks to me. I would love to tackle that one day…

  • I love the Felix cardigan —the perfect plain sweater! The Albers shawl is divine.

  • That shawl! It’s stunning!

  • I have a Pressed Flowers in the needles – and now there is a sweater/cardigan version …so many possibilities.

  • The cockleshell cardigan because anything baby is definitely my favorite!

  • I like both Shakerag top and Albers shawl, both so light and airy.

  • Kohlrabi Pullover, for sure!

  • I love the mayfield cardigan. There were so many beauties. It was hard to pick one!

  • I am torn, on a hat making kick right about now so the pressed flowers hat would be top of my list, followed closely because I need a cardigan is the pressed flowers cardigan.

  • Shakerag Top

  • There are a couple of cardigans with pockets I am drawn to, but I love the Pressed Flowers collection because I am dying to try the stitch pattern. I don’t really want a shawl in that triangle shape so I was glad when the hat came out. But then the cardigan came out. But I really want the cardigan in DK weight because I have the perfect DK yarn for the stitch pattern.

  • The Shakerag top! Fun knit, great fit. I have made 2 and I know there’s at least one more in my future.

  • Hard to pick! Pressed Flowers shawl is at the top at the moment.

  • Pressed flowers.

  • Definitely the Shakerag Top

  • Pressed Flowers Cardigan!

  • Having just completed two Felix sweaters, one pullover, one cardigan, just yesterday, while wearing a third…I would have to say Felix. It is hard to say, I have a other Amy designs in my projects and in my favorites.

  • love the pressed flowers hat — to go with the cardigan, shawl, and is there now a pullover? what a designer.

  • Shakerag top!

  • Alfama is my favorite design!

  • So very hard to choose! I happened to open Ravelry for something else entirely when the Pressed Flowers Shawl first released, and I was immediately captivated, so that is probably my favorite. I made the shawl then and have my yarn for the hat and cardigan ready and waiting, along with the Albers Shawl. My Shakerag WIP is patiently awaiting my return and now I want to add some sweaters based on these comments!

  • I love knitting her hats

  • Both Shakerag and Eula are currently in my queue.

  • Any and all. Shakerag

  • The Acer cardigan is my favorite; Second favorite is the Larch cardigan

  • The Felix cardigan is my favorite!

  • Felix Cardigan. My dear sister-in-law and I planned a mini KAL. She finished hers with a small intarsia seagull at the back hem. Mine? Not as stunning due to some modifications I made to the already-perfect pattern, but the memory of the messaging back and forth (we were 1000 miles apart) makes it an experience I treasure.

  • Pressed flowers hat

  • Pressed flowers shawl – gorgeous

  • There’s just something about Feather in Your Cap . . .

  • My favorite Amy Christoffers design is the Felix pullover. I have not made it but it’s on my list. It’s simple with elegant design elements. Her pressed flowers. Shawl is a close second.

  • I love all of the pressed flowers patterns! I would have to try the shawl in Atlas and Dream State and love the colors you have chosen!

  • Albers Shawl and would love to try pressed flowers as I have never done a mosaic

  • Of the three patterns by Amy Christoffers that I have knit, (Felix Pullover, Rooibos and Acer Cardigan) my heart is with Acer. It was the first cabled sweater I ever knit, and though it was a big learning curve for me, I loved how it turned out. Eight years and it still fits and wears well.

  • Pressed flowers shawl! (pressed flowers hat or cardigan would be close second!) 🙂

  • That’s a tough one but I’m still smitten with Pressed Flowers.

  • Hen of the Wood shawl – a gorgeous classic. And I would wear it!

  • The Chiara sweater pattern is beautiful. So many great ones to choose from though. Hard to pick just one.

  • I have always loved the Albers.

  • Pressed flowers shawl. I wanted to knit it for so long, and this fall I finally did. I used Dream State also. The background yarn is green, and the Dream State is white with fades of pink and light blue. My shawl looks like flowers (pressed?) on a background of green lawn.

  • Hands down: Pressed Flowers Shawl!

  • Donna hat and cowl. Just thinking about how cozy they would be in atlas makes me drool a little.

  • The Arbela scarf looks pretty stunning!

  • The Lunenburg Pullover

  • Any of the pressed flowers patterns!
I’ve been collecting each pattern as it’s been released.

  • Pressed Flowers, shawl and/or Cardigan ❤

  • The Albers shawl! Ever since you featured it last month and I immediately added it to my queue. I need more mohair to make it so the kit would be great!

  • Cloudberry fingerless mitts. They fit well and are so variable — love the pattern, but you can make them striped or plain if you wish.

  • Love the Felix pullover…..Felix cardigan….. pressed flowers! Amy’s designs are great

  • With so many options how do I pick just one? So instead I’ll choose one from each category. Cardigan: campus jacket. Pullover: Lunenburg, I love wandering through Lunenburg, NS, and this sweater would fit in so well there! Hat: Manhattan, Mixed Drink #1, the stitch definition! Shawls: Love and Happiness

  • Since I’m a proud bistitchual, I’ve been wanting to make Ariana since the minute it came out.

  • Pressed flowers…love mosaic knitting!

  • The adult version of the baby cardi design in Transparency was a hit-I gifted it to my MIL and she’s cozy and in love with it. I really want to knit the pressed flower cardigan.

  • Albert Shawl….

  • When I sorted Amy’s Ravelry designer page by MY favorites, I had 13. I actually knit the Breckon cardigan she did for Brooklyn Tweed (which I wear regularly). And there’s yarn for a Pressed Flowers Cardigan on my laundry room counter. That’s probably my favorite favorite — the one I’m about to knit!

PS Curious about how much larger and/or what adjustments you made to use Atlas for the shawl?

  • I love her Cali blanket with the geometric quilt-like design.

  • Savage Heart Cardigan has been in my queue forever.

  • Pressed flowers shawl – I picked up a skein of Suburban Stitcher at the DFW Fiberfest to go with something in my stash. Now I just need to finish gift knitting & my wip’s so I can cast it on!

  • For shawls – Plover. For cardigans – Acer. Both are fabulous

  • I am really wanting to CO a Felix Cardigan

  • Shakerag Top. A classic. A friend and I are having an ongoing discussion about the perfect T-shirt. Shakerag is a strong contender.

Of course, while reading this post I have added several items to my project list, with the Pressed Flowers Shawl moving to the top. Anything Spincycle…and is really giving us the full richness of Atlas Truffle.

  • Pressed flowers cardigan

  • There are so many but my first pattern yoke cardigan was the Glaswegian and it was soo exciting!

  • Pressed Flower Cardigan

  • Favorite would be Pressed Flowers hat.

  • Tha Bracken Shawl, but it is a tough choice.

  • Champlain has been in my favourites for a long time, and the pressed flowers designs are beautiful. And so many more of her designs…

  • Pressed flowers shawl!

  • I love the Ariana cardi

  • So many but Shakerag tops them for it’s unique style

  • Just bought the Pressed Flowers Cardi and Felix Cardi. I can’t have only one, can I? Neck and neck which one I’ll knit first…

  • Lunenburg Pullover.

  • I LOVE her Pressed Flowers cardigan!

  • Ariana, because it’s an attractive twist on the Granny Square Sweater. Which I also want

  • Firefall Toque is the best! I love the “vining” stitches as they climb the hat. Beautiful and no changing colors of yarns required to get the delicate hat!

  • Definitely pressed flowers shawl!

  • This is hard because there are so many beautiful designs to choose from. Because I can’t just choose from all of the colorful designs, I’m going to go with the plain and simple, yet absolutely lovely, Faience. It’s a basic and can be worn dressed up or dressed down. And it works up very nicely with the Berocco Pima.

  • She is one of my favorite designers! I wear her Farmhouse Cardigan all winter long. Both the Pressed Flowers Shawl (waiting with yarn!) and the Lunenberg Pullover are in my queue!

  • Cider Press set

  • Cali blanket

  • The Bristol Hat is a beauty!

  • The pressed flowers cardigan caught my eye a while ago, still mulling it over…

  • The Pressed Flowers shawl has been on my wish list for quite a while now

  • Pressed flowers, cardigan. Then Shakerag… and many more!!

  • Peek-Trough Cowl

  • There are way too many patterns to mention as a favorite! I really like her shawl patterns but then I really like her sweater patterns and then I really like the hat and mitten patterns too. YIKES!!!

  • The pressed flowers patterns caught my eye the first time I saw them on ravelry

  • Pressed Flowers hat…in my queue

  • Pressed flowers shawl for sure!!!

  • Amy Christoffers is so very talented, that I have to give two of her designs my shout out for “best”: Lunenberg Pullover … perfect… and Pressed Flowers shawl.
Love the botanical print vibe of your version with “Truffle”, Allison. Atlas and Dream State are a perfect combo for this pattern.
(I’d also nominate Albers shawl and Felix Cardigan but you’d all be justified in heckling me for nominating four “best”s!!)

  • Pressed flowers anything. It has been in my radar for while. Have to get thru the baby stuff first

  • All the Pressed Flower patterns

  • I’d have to go with the Albers Shawl although Pressed Flowers is a favorite, too.

  • Felix Cardigan!

  • Pressed Flowers!

  • Shakerag top!

  • I like the Shortest Day shawl. There are many that are beautiful!!

  • Pressed Flowers Shawl. I’m making it now.

  • That pressed flowers shawl is absolutely a goal!

  • Pressed Flowers Hat

  • Several of her summery tops are vying for my attention – I think some mash-up of Shakerag with either Patti or Breakwater is going to win.

Although the Windsor Cardi is also screaming my name…what to do, what to do?

  • This has got to be my favorite Amy Christoferrs design. Especially with the variegated Spincycle Dream State yarn for the flowers. I also like that the Spincycle yarn is a bit finer so the spots coming through the main color yarn are much smaller.

  • The Camp Pullover looks so cozy!

  • Any of the Pressed Flowers.

  • The Lunenberg Pullover.

  • I was enthralled with the Albers article from a couple of weeks ago.

  • Pressed flowers cardigan!

  • I LOVE the Shakerag Top!!

  • Probably the Gracefield pullover but my goodness it is hard to choose!

  • Pressed flowers shawl is a favorite. I would love to make another one out of Atlas in the colors shown but there is no truffle left. Any idea when it might be restocked??

  • The Savage Heart cardigan

  • Shakerag

  • My favorite is the Pressed Flowers cardigan but I also love the Felix cardi AND pullover.
