Gretchen Wright

Gretchen lives in Philadelphia and is currently a Library Technician at a local public library. Always curious and needing to learn something new, this is her fourth or fifth career, all in service of funding her true calling: crafter. She spent her early childhood living in Denmark, and began knitting and sewing at age five as it was just what one did, and has never looked back. Along the way she has added basket weaving, bookbinding, spinning and plant-dyeing to the mix. Her next craft dream is rug weaving on a floor loom.
