Big doings over here. I have three pieces of Spincycle news to report.
News No. 1: We Have the Original Dream State Bundle Available
I’ve used this bundle for my own Nightshift.
And I used the same six-color bundle for Inclinations, another Andrea Mowry shawl.
Texture is the game here.
Inclinations, on the left, is a smooshy, stripey fisherman’s rib. Nightshift, on the right, all dots and dashes. Such different effects despite using the exact same colors.
Both are equally fun—the attached i-cord edging is one of Andrea Mowry’s excellent design details.
Our Dream State bundles can be found right here. Click the pattern names above to get the patterns directly from Andrea.
News No. 2: We Invented a New Bundle
We’ve concocted a new bundle of six colors of Dream State. I’m about to start a new Nightshift with this bundle, and I can’t wait to see what happens.
News No. 3: We Have Spincycle Dream State by the Skein
Unprecedented at MDK: a dozen colors, just in, by the single skein, so you can cook up whatever combination intrigues you. (See them all right here.)
I guess this is the moment when I say something encouraging like, “If you’ve never tried this yarn, do yourself a favor and climb on board this luv train.” Or maybe “It’s kind of tricky to get hold of this stuff, so if you’re at all interested, this is a good time to snag a bit of it.” Or maybe “Git it while we got it.” There’s a reason this yarn is very popular: it’s superfun, start to finish.
