Upstate New Yorker Adrienne Martini is a two-time memoirist, the author of Hillbilly Gothic: A Memoir of Madness and Motherhood and Sweater Quest: My Year of Knitting Dangerously. The latter is an account of Adrienne’s year-long hero’s journey to knit Alice Starmore’s famous Tudor Roses sweater. (We still can’t believe she did that. It’s incredible.) Adrienne works by day in university publications and is an avid runner. In November 2016, she ran the TCS New York City Marathon on the fundraising team for Every Mother Counts. Adrienne has the distinction of being a blogger who blogs daily-ish, at Martini Made.
