Knitting the Same Sweater Twice: Rut or Groove?
I just had a moment when I looked down and could not really tell the difference between my current knitting and the handknit sweater I was wearing.
Carol Feller’s Carpino is the sweater I’m wearing.
Moroccan Nights is the sweater I’m making.
Incredible.
Do you do this? Do you knit the same idea over and over?
If the design and yarn makes you feel good, does it really matter? Only if upon realising it, you feel bad. If you still like where your hands are leading you, I say run with it.
